At Moddys Custom Watches, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Our commitment is to ensure customer satisfaction and trust in our brand. This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage and procedures for claiming warranty service.

Warranty coverage:

• Product coverage: This warranty covers watch movements and watch functionality, manufactured by Moddys Custom Watches and purchased from Moddys Custom Watches or an authorized retailer.

The warranty covers:

1. Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance.
2. Parts and labor necessary to address the defects.
3. Movements stopped working and have not been exposed or touched.

• Warranty period: The warranty period is 2 Years from the date of original purchase.
• What is covered: Defects in material or workmanship under normal use. Repairs or replacements will be made at no charge.
• What is not covered: Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, alteration, or neglect.
• Damage resulting from customer modifications or opening the watch.
• Failure to follow instructions.
• Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, discoloration).
• Water damage (unless upgraded water resistance was purchased).

How to claim warranty:

3. Shipping costs: customer covers initial shipping

Moddys Custom Watches shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product.
